How can I contact you?

Send me an email! Please, please, please keep order inquiries to EMAIL ONLY. If you DM me about an order, there’s a very high chance I will miss your message completely.

When will my order ship?

Most of my items are either handmade by me or ordered from an outsourced manufacturer. All Pre-Order items can take anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks to ship. I will try to give details on these timeframes in the item description, so be sure to read the item listing carefully. Items not marked "Pre-Order" usually ship within 3 weeks. This biz is run 100% by me. I design, assemble, pack, and ship everything myself, on top of my full-time job! Your patience and support is appreciated! 

Will you be restocking (insert name of design)?

See a design on my socials that you're just dying to have, but it's not listed on the website? Email me! I'd love to know what YOU want to see restocked!

My order arrived broken or with significant damage! What do I do?

Oh no! Please email me! I would be happy to send you a refund of replacement, at no cost to you!

My item arrived slightly different or with minor flaws. What do I do?

Please keep in mind that a majority of the items in my shop are handmade, therefore they may have some slight variations or minor flaws. Feel free to reach out with your concerns via email. Please attach a photo & let me know exactly what you’re unsatisfied with. Whether or not I offer a refund or replacement will be determined on a case by case basis.

My package says it was delivered, but it never arrived! What do I do?

Please wait a few additional days, as sometimes delivery services mark an item as delivered before it actually has been. If your item still has not arrived after those few additional days, please email me.

Do you ship internationally?

I sure do! :)

 

Do you take custom earring requests?

Currently, my default answer is “not usually”. But I do sometimes! Feel free to email me about it & ask about my availability. In the future, I plan to offer a set number of custom requests per month & price them individually, based upon the complexity of the design.

What kind of laser cutter do you use?

I use a Glowforge Basic & a Glowforge Plus.

Where are you based out of?

I work out of my home studio in Memphis, Tennessee!

Do you take wholesale orders?

At this time, no. But this is subject to change!
